BetterBrand is known for their natural supplements that support a range of functions including: immune, function, lung health, athletic performance, brain fog, hair health and detoxing.
Better Brand approached us in July 2022 seeking expertise in Amazon marketing. Our initial step was to refine and enhance their current PPC account - which was previously run by another agency. Following that, we introduced numerous new products through bold advertising and ranking efforts aimed at boosting traffic. To elevate conversion rates, we developed exceptional copy and listing images.
When looking into BetterBrand’s PPC account, we noted several areas that needed improvement. We began our efforts by refining their PPC strategy, improving PPC listings and copy, and fully restructuring the PPC account to better align with our BAD standards. Simply restructuring and refining the PPC account led to a $100K increase in store revenue month over month.
Following our optimizations of the PPC account, we dove into the process of testing and optimizing Amazon ads based on specific customer data. We wanted to determine how BetterBrand customers engaged with and decided to purchase BetterBrand products, and worked hand in hand with the client to ensure our advertising efforts on Amazon were aligned with the messaging and strategies applied across their other advertising channels. This created a multi-channel ecosystem that unified the customer journey through specific keyword targeting, copy, and branded creatives. After 6 months of testing, BetterBrand’s base revenue increased by almost 3x by January of 2023.

With an optimized ads strategy in place, we shifted our focus to scaling BetterBrand’s Amazon store as a whole. This included ongoing A/B testing of listing images and copy, testing and optimizing their storefront and A+ content, refining keywords and PPC creatives, and slowly increasing the budget on ad sets with high ROI. BetterBrand’s goal was to reach $500K in monthly revenue. Through our data-driven scaling strategy, we were able to reach that goal in May of 2023.
Throughout 2023 we continued to test, optimize and scale BetterBrand’s Amazon store. Despite products often being on backorder or out of stock, we were able to springboard off of BetterBrand’s initial growth with our team and scale their store to $1,091,721.53 at a 10.61 ROAS.
